Detective Jim Wilbon’s last day with a small metropolitan force is a quiet one. He must fight the corruption of his own police chief and the police force as he attempts to talk a young man out of killing his hostage. After hours of cat and mouse negotiation, the young man gives himself up, only to be gunned down.
