Made with the full support of NASA, HOUSTON, WE’VE GOT A PROBLEM tells the true story of the ill fated Apollo 13 moon
mission. It was the 3rd mission and was aborted after an explosion left astronauts James Lovell, Fred Haise and John Swigert trapped in outer space. Richard Nelson’s fictional screenplay tells of Mission Control’s gruelling efforts to bring the stricken
spaceship home, against a backdrop of personal crises besetting members of the team.
The actual voices of astronauts Lovell, Haise and Swigert taped from in-flight transmissions, following the explosion are heard in the film.
