For too long, women have been blamed for being raped. Rarely are rapists arrested. Even more rarely are they convicted. Three women take the law into their own hands, obtaining confessions any way they can and then punishing the assailants in most unusual ways. In a city where rapists rule the streets, these women deal them a Death Blow.
