Small town justice shrouds a crooked ring of town officials involved in a major drug scandal! Being recently run through the local justice system, Dee finds himself tied to a new mission, and to a certain young lady, whose husband’s brutal death left her son in a state of silence. The beautiful Sally Ann, (Kathy Shower, 1986 Playmate of the Year) and Dee join together to battle the odds in an attempt to make the town go straight. As the tension builds so does their relationship, but the scales of justice are already tipped, but in whose favor?
